CNRS International Research Project GeoGen3DHuman Geometric Deep Learning and Generative Models for 3D Human

The International Research Project (IRP) on Geometric Deep Learning and Generative Models for 3D Human (GeoGen3DHuman) between the UMR CNRS Centre de Recherche en Informatique, Signal et Automatique de Lille (CRIStAL) and the Media Integration and Communication Center (MICC) of the University of Florence is a joint research and collaboration in the field of computer vision and artificial intelligence. The main objective of GeoGen3DHuman is to develop generative models based on mathematical principles for deep learning in non-Euclidean domains such as graphs and 3D meshes. GeoGen3DHuman addresses some of the most challenging problems in different fields such as computer vision and graphics computing, where generative models play a very important role. The research topic itself is very timely in terms of the needs and applicability of the systems targeted.
